I came to Method Physical Therapy because of a severe shoulder injury. I received prior treatment at large physical therapy offices for my injury and have been extremely impressed with the quality of care I have received at Method. All treatment is individualized and supervised by the physical therapist rather than a physical therapy technician. Nora’s wealth of knowledge and experience is impressive. She is professional and attentive while also encouraging and personable. The office is cheerful and well equipped. I highly recommend Method Physical Therapy. I am convinced that my treatment at Method has greatly contributed to my recovery from a devastating injury.

I was referred for PT by my OBGYN after giving brith to my first child. I was suffering from a really weak core that was creating other health problems. Genevieve was so supportive, knowledgeable and friendly. Any issues that I would walk in with, she would address and not leave a stone unturned to help my body respond to treatment. Once I “graduated” from therapy, Genevieve gave me all the tools I needed to keep my body happy! Even during my second and third pregnancies, Genevieve was my saving grace as my baby grew and changed my body once again. She continued to work on me through PT, dry needling and turned Doula for my third child. Having an experienced PT be my Doula was a night and day experience for labor and delivery. I have and will continue to highly recommend Genevieve.

This place rocks, Genny and Nora are phenomenal therapists. Genny has helped me immensely with regaining my strength and learning better movement patterns that are resolving issues from previous bike accidents and pregnancy. She has a variety of tricks up her sleeve when it comes to addressing the issue, like dry needling, e-stim, and manual therapy which have been imperative for my continued healing. She is a great teacher as well, I've learned different techniques for improved body mechanics in my job to avoid future injury. Love their convenient location and flexible appointment times too!
