February 2026 marks 5 years since Method Physical Therapy opened its doors in Albuquerque! Five years ago, we took a leap of faith and built something we truly believed in — a physical therapy practice rooted in integrity, compassion, and exceptional care right here in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

To our families, thank you for the sacrifices, the late nights, the encouragement, and the belief in this dream even when it felt overwhelming. Your support has carried us more than you know.

To the incredible therapists who have worked alongside us over the years: your dedication, skill, and compassion are the foundation of everything we’ve built. This milestone belongs to all of you. We are deeply grateful for five amazing years - and excited for what’s ahead.

We are endlessly grateful for our partnership with one another. Nora’s steadiness, vision, and heart have shaped this practice. Genevieve’s dedication, talent, and insight has pushed us to evolve into the practitioners we are today. Neither of us could have done it alone. Through every challenge and every milestone, our partnership has been a constant source of strength and consistency and, in difficult times, a source of sanity.

Most of all, Method PT has meant purpose. To show up every day knowing that the work we do genuinely changes lives - that people trust us with their pain, their recovery, and their goals - is something we will never take lightly. In a time when our medical community is constrained by the type of care it is allowed to give, we are grateful that we don’t have to compromise or negotiate the treatment we see fit to provide to our patients. Five years in business hasn’t just been about sustaining a company. It’s been about building something meaningful, something rooted in integrity and care, and something that reflects who we are. And that means everything to us.
